To get the update:  Menu > Settings & Tools > Phone Info > Software Update > Check New

My previous version was CG22 and is now CI23 after the update.

Sweet! They DIDN'T forget about us!!! =) It does make a person wonder how much upgrading they would really do considering people tend to get new phones every 1 1/2-2 years.

What is odd to me is that I haven't seen many of these problems mentioned anywhere.  Wish they'd get to some of mine and many others' reported issues and make an update for them.  But at least we have an update, so we know Rogue user's aren't being totally ignored.

I noticed that these weren't things I had noticed had problems with or cared about. But they must have been at t he top of someones list, or they were the easiest things to fix.

Yeah I have pretty much the same thoughts as you guys, I didn't really have any of the problems, I do have other random glitches, but it's still cool that there was an update, at least they haven't totally forgotten, hopefully we see more soon but I somehow doubt that.  Sad

Ever since this goofy update, I've had MORE random reboots. I have not been able to properly get my photos to transfer from my laptop to the phone. I don't like this update at all. Sad Has anyone else had any problems since this "update" that wasn't an update at all for me?

I had a couple of random reboots from websites, but no other reboots.  But I don't transfer photos by connecting my phone.  I just remove my micro sd and transfer everything that way.  I haven't noticed any other problems that weren't already present.

Anyone have a problem with the phone freezing? Since getting the update, I have had the phone freeze on me three times and now seems to be happening every few days. The only way to fix it is to take out the battery which is annoying. Hopefully I am not the only one who this happens to and not something I have to get use to. Also this is the first phone I have had from verizon that freezes on me and I have had touch screen phones before. I was hoping this update would fix the freezing since it has done it before the update as well but it hasnt. If anyone could help I would greatly appreciate it.

Sounds like a problem with the phone that only a replacement will remedy.  Take it to the nearest corporate Verizon store and get it replaced.

Please try to post software update questions in the appropriate forum.  I moved it to the proper place.

If you are referring to the software update this thread is about, then all of your answers are above.  What version of software do you have?
